Khao Yai is one of the most visited and largest parks in Thailand. The wildlife suffers the consequences of human activity, lodging concessions and the big number of visitors, specially on weekends. The forest fragmentation is forcing its native fauna to move around busy roads in order to find food. The next images show some moments of the everyday life of the Northern Pig-tailed Macaque spending several hours a days around the roads near the forest. The Northern Pig-tailed Macaque (Macaca leonina) is listed under "Vulnerable" category in the IUCN Red List.
